About AutoTalent
What it is
AutoTalent is an AI recruiting agent for technical hiring. You describe the role, and it runs many searches to find people who match, scores each one against your must-haves, and drafts personal outreach. You review the candidates and approve the emails, and replies come back to one inbox.
It works in the browser, and from your own AI agent or terminal through an MCP server and CLI.
Why it exists
Most of a technical recruiter’s week goes on legwork: writing search strings, opening profiles one by one, checking them against the requirements, and writing messages that don’t read like templates. AutoTalent does that legwork so recruiters and founders can spend their time talking to people.
We try to build it in a way we’d want if we were the candidate:
- In the app, a person approves first outreach.
- Scores come with their reasoning.
- Opting out is easy.
